EXCELLENT Based on 386 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Cindy CVerified Custer State Park and Needles Highway Superior full day in private tour specially tailored to our interests: wildlife loop, Custer State Park, Needles Highway all with Joel. An excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. The best tour we have ever taken!Posted on Tripadvisor Brendon PVerified Amazing! Great tour! Guide was very informative. Learnt and saw lots. Definitely worthwhile.Posted on Tripadvisor sonyabunchVerified Joel was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The tour exceeded both our expectations and I would recommend 10/10 A definite must do for anyone visiting the area for the first time! Ask for Joel! You won’t be disappointed! I will recommend to everyone!Posted on Tripadvisor Michelle JVerified First time trip to South Dakota guide service was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our guide was Jeff and he was great. I recommend this as a first time visit to South Dakota because without the guide, we would have never been able to experience the splendor of the area without our guide Jeff being there to give all the information and history. Jeff took us to places and showed us areas that we would’ve never picked out ourselves. He allowed us to experience the beauty of the sites such as Mount Rushmore, Custer Park and the monument tribute to Crazy Horse, and the Needles. Hailee recommend money well spent.Posted on Tripadvisor Richard GVerified Black Hill Tour It was a fantastic experience. Our guide Gina was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and had the perfect personality for a guide. She made us feel very comfortable and provided a lot of insight of the areas we visited and gave us ample time to see everything. I would highly recommend this tour. Well worth the money.Posted on Tripadvisor Kay PVerified Perfect tour of Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, and Custer State Park! Excellent day long tour of the Black Hills with Cindy in a comfortable luxury van. Cindy was so enjoyable to spend the day with, very knowledgeable of the area and made sure she included all the special sights along the way. Mt. Rushmore had been on our bucket list for years so it was wonderful to finally see it and the Black Hills National Park.We also saw the Needles Eye rock formation, Cathedral Spires, Sylvan Lake Resort, Custer State Park with numerous bison, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, wild donkeys, and lots of prairie dogs. We enjoyed visiting the Crazy Horse Memorial and hearing the story of its creation which is ongoing. Cindy also took us to the small town of Custer where we enjoyed a delicious bison burger for lunch. We also drove through the cute town of Keystone with Cindy pointing out several historic sights. When we returned to Rapid City at the end of the day, Cindy recommended the Dakota Steakhouse and we had a delicious dinner there. A great ending to a perfect day!Posted on Tripadvisor Kay PVerified Badlands Tour with Jeff We toured the Badlands with our guide, Jeff, in a comfortable Expedition. He told us lots of interesting facts about the area which we didn’t know. Unfortunately we were there when the govt’ museums & visitor’s centers were closed. We didn’t get to see the Minuteman Site, either. We did get to visit the famous Wall Drugs and its shops which were great! We are glad we were able to visit the Badlands & check it off our bucket list!Posted on Tripadvisor Bruce FVerified Outstanding Service Reservation staff was very accommodating went out of their way to make reservations on short notice. The guide was very flexible and provided extremely personalized servicePosted on Tripadvisor avargas-floresVerified Awesome Awesome experience! Melina was very helpful with setting everything up and Jeff was a great guide! 100% satisfied! Thank you Black Hills Tour Company.Posted on Tripadvisor Elizabeth RVerified Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer park. Jennifer did a fabulous job as our tour director. She is extremely knowledgeable with the details of our excursions with dates, names and overall conversations. We enjoyed all the stops and were given options of things to do. She also helped with our excursion we are taking tomorrow. Very kind and attentive. The only wish we would have liked is if the windows in the back opened for pictures. Excellent experience overall. Thank you.
